Abstract

This study aims to determine the total cost, revenue, income and analyze whether tomato farming is carried out by tomato farmers in Nagari Simpang Tanjung Nan Ampek, Danau Kembar Solok profitable or not. This research was conducted in Nagari Simpang Tanjung Nan Ampek, Danau Kembar District, Solok Regency in August 2022. The method used in this research was a survey method. Data analysis was carried out using the method of analysis of costs and farm income. The results showed that the average total cost per farmer was Rp. 13,577,077.98. The average income per farmer is Rp. 30,533,333.33. And the average profit per tomato farmer in the study area is Rp. 16,956,255.36 with 90% experiencing profits.
